Earlier today I was using my phone to create an Etsy listing. I had taken product photos on my phone, and it's easier for me to upload them to Etsy on my phone and then finish the listing on my computer. I made the listing on my computer, paid the $.20 fee, saw that it was fully posted to my shop and live, and then closed out the draft on my phone. My listing was then deleted from my shop, and I got an error message when I tried to view it. It still showed up in my finances tab, and the image was still there as well. It just didn't exist in my shop anymore. Support was able to locate my listing and reinstate it.
It just happened again tonight. The listing was open on my phone, fully made it on desktop. I had the app open as well, and again, it deleted one of my posted listings from my shop.
I am not manually pressing the "delete" button. Something is glitching and is deleting my listings from my shop if I have the app open. Even if the listing is already 100% made and you are discarding an incomplete listing in your phone, it is still registering to your made listing and deleting it.
Is there a way to resolve this? This is the second time today I've had to contact support to reinstate my listings.
