From the beginning of March, Etsy has sent my shop into vacation mode: https://woodscape90.etsy.com

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."
Also, there was no information sent to my email, what the problem with my account is.
My ID is verified in January, payment information was correct, credit card is valid and not expired, no cases opened in the shop.
Also can't reach the support via help requests. I need help and some information about what's wrong with the shop and what I have to change or provide. Thanks
