Broken ETSY links back again

When I open my account I get links with images to shop at the top of the page. I clicked on one of them. Had to check it on both Microsoft Edge and Firefox. A complete mess up. Here is a link to what ETSY presented to me.

Huge images of sad faces, a big X, other black and white graphics but no real page to view. This went away a few weeks ago but has returned.

@SurnamePro    It is a malformed URL and has been reported before. In the address bar change partial=true to partial=false and it will work.

I clicked on a link ETSY supplied why should I be expected to rewrite their URL?

It's a computer glitch and they will happen from time to time.  I did as @BagmakerSupply suggested and it worked like a charm.

I usually just back out and return later when something like this happens which is not often thankfully but it will just because computer services glitch no matter what.
