I'm in Ukraine.
I became a Star Seller in March, but had to take a leave of absence due to the war.
I relaunched in July, however today I saw that my Star Seller section indicated that only 54% of orders were shipped on time.
However, this is not true. All orders were shipped ahead of time and tracking numbers were provided in each case.
This started happening after the latest updates.
After talking with the support service, I realized that the problem is with those orders where more than 1 tracking number is indicated.
If I enter 2 or more numbers separated by a space, the system defines this set of numbers as one tracking number. Accordingly, it gives an error that the number is incorrect.
I have been working for Etsy for several years now. I always closed all orders the same way.
I checked all the numbers. All numbers are correct
All are displayed on the carrier's website.
For all the numbers indicated there is information in the system.
In 5 years of work, I have never had such problems before.
I ask you to correct the statistics and establish the status of the Star seller, which belongs to me by right.

I don't think putting spaces between multiple tracking numbers would be the correct way to enter them in Etsy's system. Each one would have to be entered separately.
We are other sellers here, like you. You'd need to contact Etsy to ask if they can take a look at your shipments. They are unlikely to change anything in order to give you the badge for past/current months, though.
It would be important for you to determine how to properly enter your tracking information for future orders. I see "add a package" as an option for completed orders. I would imagine that's where you'd enter the second tracking number.
