Brand new etsy account suspended, no email.

This is my second shop. After uploading two listings I got a "account currently suspended" notice.

It might be because this is my second Etsy shop and possibly an ID issue.

But I received no email explaining why, and checked my spam folder.

I also emailed Etsy support 22 hours ago. So now I'm just waiting

The point of this post is not to speculate as to why.

My question is for any of you that has had an account suspension: how long was it before you got contact with Etsy and your account reinstated?

I'm aware Etsy support is slow, but apparently it's meant to have improved with more staff in place.

I was so excited to get started, I just want to know what's gone wrong so I can amend it and get back to selling.

This is my second account my first account suspend Last 7 days done but no response any Esty  mail

I’ve been suspended this morning while I was listing products. 
No warning, no explanations. 
i think I’ll close my account for good and set up an online shop on my own. 
Because this and the random reserve (also put on me with no warning or good reason), this is getting on my nerve to be punished when I’ve done nothing wrong.

Do you mind guiding me of how to creat a ticket or what action should I take right now cuz the same thing happened to me today. This is my first store and I opened it yesteday. Was excited to check my listing today then realized my account was already suspended. No email from Etsy, and I don't seem to find out the reason why. 

What do I do now?

Hi, I would like to ask you how cole you contact etsy via email? Beacause my shop is also suspended but I didnt received the email from them....and I dont know how to contact them....thank you
