I noticed 2 messages in the spam folder.
I have the app on my phone and attempt to respond quickly to messages as I get notified of them
well the spam messages don’t trigger the notification feature and rightly so I wouldn’t expect them to.
When I did notice the spam messages they were 3 days old and they were legitimate message from prospective buyers that actually ended up purchasing.
Then today I noticed my homepage says My response percentage dropped to 94%
well I checked the message log and it turns out the messages that I marked as not spam were the problem children
imo, this is unfair and should be rectified
There are lots of posts about this same problem. Sadly it is unlikely that Etsy will do anything about it.
