I received an email from Etsy stating that Plaid was not able to verify my bank account and I needed to re-enter my banking info. However, when I try to do so nothing happens when I click the 're-enter bank details' button. Is anyone else having this problem? Also, I've used the same bank/accounts for many years, not sure why there would be an issue in the first place.

I received an email from Etsy today about verifying account after being verified for over 10 years already...I tried doing it and was also having the same exact problems...
Spent all day on the phone with my bank and they could not figure it out either. I reached out to Etsy after reading all that goes into the manual verification which was also very scary since they wanted your user name and password...ummmm
I received this reply back from Etsy via message today as follows..

At this time, I can see that your bank account has been verified so please disregard the email. Our engineers are currently investigating what's caused you to receive this email and are working to have this corrected as soon as possible.
If there's any helpful updates while the team works, we'll be sure to let you know via this thread. If not, you'll receive an update once the issue has been corrected. Please note that the replies from this point will be automated.

I have sent this same issue to Etsy Support 4 times now. I get canned responses that have links to the payment account settings instructions. It doesn't address where this "manual" selection is because it is not an option when I go in there.
Same situation for me too! I did it when they requested it a couple of weeks ago and now bam, it isn't working? And I can't click the link to do it again since it isn't working. Even tried both the desktop and my iPhone app too. Hope they figure it out soon!

I'm not seeing an update in the other thread? Just more sellers having the same issue. I don't think Etsy has addressed this at all yet.
I'm having the same issue. The button doesn't work.
Etsy needs to chime in on the forums as to why this is happening or they are working to fix it.
I entered my info weeks ago and now all of a sudden it says I need to re-enter my bank information or I won't get paid.
Since so many of us are having the same problem along with the email, I believe it must be a glitch.

I've been paid at least once since I originally did this process as well - not sure what's going on!
I'm having the exact same issue. I already verified the bank info and received a payment without any issues since then. Nothing has changed with my bank account.
I have received the email too. My banking info hasn't changed in the last few years. I am not changing anything or giving any information to what seems to be a glitch. I will wait and see what happens. Thank you everyone with your comments. I feel reassured knowing that I am not the only one here.

Our accountant called to speak with a representative at plaid & discuss the issues - our information is completely verified & Etsy's e-mail may have been a glitch or it makes zero sense since we also pre-verified with our bank to ensure this process was seamless. Etsy definitely needs to resolve this issue soon or it's going to cause bigger problems.
Same- Recvd Email went to Shop/Etsy/Finances and no way to follow through.
Perhaps Etsy meant to send a targeted email to those who have not verified yet...and sent the email to everyone. This is obviously a screw up.

Same problem. Etsy cust service remedy un-executable. I've been getting deposits AND buying on etsy without problem for 2 years. My bank (Chase) is a big professional bank through which I transact frequently. Ready to go back to ebay!
Hmmm what are the chances it is a Chase/Etsy issue? I've seen Chase a few times now.
If this lack of service leads to being cut off, I may join you! I wish Etsy would communicate that they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
