I received an email from Etsy stating that Plaid was not able to verify my bank account and I needed to re-enter my banking info. However, when I try to do so nothing happens when I click the 're-enter bank details' button. Is anyone else having this problem? Also, I've used the same bank/accounts for many years, not sure why there would be an issue in the first place.
The same thing is happening to me.
Since Etsy is aware of this problem, They should not suspend people.
I've been an etsy seller since 2011, I lost interest in it a long time ago, because of all the constant changes. I recently decided to go at it again, and my bank account has been the same. My account is now suspended.
My account says pending and I have also used the same account for YEARS! Very concerning to me and you can’t reach anyone at Etsy. Ready to find a new store front soon if this does not get resolved.
