Badge statistics

Hello,

Basically, I opened my shop this April and a couple weeks since then (for the last 2 review periods) I've had a 100% message response rate, 100% on time dispatch and tracking and a 5.0 average rating. The only thing I've not been able to achieve the last 2 review periods is the revenue as I've  earned less than £200. However, I've never earned a rave reviews badge, speedy replies badge or smooth dispatch badge. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is there anything else I should be doing to earn these badges?

I know there are so many topics on this already but I couldn't find any that were raised that were exactly like my issue. Apologies in advance if I'm being super stupid here!!

It's a tiered system. You have to reach the minimum (dollar amount and quantity) before you are eligible for the individual badges. If you don't reach the minimum, you don't get anything.

@JamPotStudioCrafts: Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered. Remember that for the August 1st Star and badges the months of May, June, and July will be considered.

Yes, and assuming you made your first sale in April when you first opened, August would have been the first one you could have qualified for based on the 90 days requirement. If you didn't make your first sale until May, then you aren't eligible until September. 

Just keep in mind it's a rolling 3 months, so for all metrics (including sales value) it only counts what came in in that 3-month period. For example, for September, it will only count the sales you made in June-July-August, all sales from April and May will have dropped off.
