Badge reibungsloser Versand und Tracking

Hallo,

ich habe bei dem Badge reibungslosen Versand 91% erhalten, da 6 Päckchen angeblich noch in der Zustellung sind.

Das Problem - diese Päckchen sind in der DHL Postfiliale abgeholt worden. Dieses wird aber nicht berücksichtigt.

Muss ich in der Einstellung was ändern? Wer kann mir da helfen?

Did you put the tracking numbers on the order page when you marked them complete? Unfortunately unless Etsy can confirm the tracking numbers, they won't count for the star seller rubbish even if you can get proof they are delivered from your courier.
