How to contact Etsy support?

hello! I have already written about this problem here, but maybe one of the users will be able to help me and tell me what the problem is. I haven't been able to contact Etsy support representatives for about a month. I am writing appeals, but I have not received a response to any of them. I understand that the response takes a certain amount of waiting time. but if there is no answer at all?...because of what this can happen?

use the link @SVGRox gives you. If you're lucky, there might be a spot for you to request a chat or even an actual phone call. If you get the email option, don't keep starting new threads. Keep using the 'need more help' option until you get to a real person. Every time you start a new thread, it goes to the back of the line and they don't connect up.

I did everything as you said. I opened the appeal, waited for a response and sometimes updated it in the same chat. but after a while, the appeal was closed as resolved, although there was no response. and unfortunately it is not the first time

I see from your OP from 3 weeks ago that the problem you're having is that your shop and listings are not indexed.  Apparently, they still aren't.  It would be better to contact Support with an email and make sure to put ''shop not indexed'' in the subject line.  When you get that first generic response (and you know that you're still not indexed), find the option to click on that response and let them know that the problem has not been resolved.  Do not open new requests, but keep replying to the original.

But the problem is that I wrote as you described in your message, but there was no response to my appeal from support, not once in all the time. and could you please tell me how you see that my store is not indexed? what could be the reasons for this and is it possible for me to do something on my own and solve it in my situation? and please tell me what are the consequences and impact of my store not being indexed?

@MartynGreyDesign  Follow what The Vintage Pineapple is suggesting. You're not indexed.  Also you've been open since 2022 with no sales? Can you give us more details? What is the appeal for?

If a listing is indexed the search engine is aware of it and will show in search results. If the listing or shop is not indexed it will not appear in search.

Appeals take time for a response but what are you appealing? The less information you give us sellers the less we can help you.

Thanks for your help! I've opened the shop in 2022, you're right, but I've started developing it only recently. I have problems with Etsy Ads, listing views and sales in general. And one of possible reasons for that is shop indexing, which I can't solve without Etsy support team.

@MartynGreyDesign Etsy is the only one who can fix an index problem. Nothing you can do on your end.

@MartynGreyDesign  If you type part of your title in the box above your Sections and nothing shows that's a quick way to know you're not indexed.
