I clean up all the old cookies and stuff on my computer. Run a virus checker. Reboot. Turn my internet hardware off and on. Make sure browsers I use are up-to-date. It's always the last thing I do that works.
I switched browsers, cleared out cookies, turned my computer on and off, etc. Switching browsers SEEMED to work since last week but it started up again with another browser! Hubby (software engineer) said it's etsy's server. Etsy needs to fix on their end. And yes, I'm having issues again!!!
This happened to me last week on both Firefox and Chrome. I did all the usual things to try to fix - nothing worked until I turned off my computer completely overnight and then tried clearing cookies again the next day. That seemed to work. (Rebooting by itself and clearing cookies by itself did not work). Concerned that the problem may happen again though, as several people are reporting that the problem did come back for them after it was supposedly fixed.
