BUG! Cannot copy/duplicate sold listing via desktop

Hello! Help please-I cannot duplicate sold items. If my shop sold out, I would have to recreate every new listing from scratch. LOL 

I use copy old listings all the time-as my work is unique and very niche. Please bring back, this valuable tool. I ended up opening two windows, and manually copying the past listing (reminded me of the old days!)

I am hoping it is just a glitch and will be fixed very soon thanks Etsy!! 

E.G. I needed to make a knit sock blank draft. Went into sold listings from 2019. Could not duplicate...I went to most recent sold item, same issue. Could not duplicate any sold listing.

It's been this way for some time.  The link above has the alternate way.

I always used the method in the link and not the method many used.

The work around is not working. I have to manually copy/paste.

How are you getting to your sold out listing? When you go to the sold out items page can you relist it from there?

Used to be you could duplicate anything that previously sold. Not anymore.

Are you (a) going to your Sold listings from your shop home page and then clicking on the listing? Or are you (b) going to your listing manager and then filtering by 'Sold out' and finding it there, then click on the cog icon and choose 'Copy'? The second method is the suggested method. I don't think the first method works anymore, in fact I can't even see my sold listings from the shop front, the page is broken.

None of the "workarounds" work for me. I have to COPY?PASTE....like it's 2008. 

Hoping Etsy sees this, and issues a comment. In general:

My app doesn't alert me of sales with sound. I downloaded a aftermarket cashier machine sound for it. I don't get half the convo alerts. And, the inventory via app is flaky at best. Sold items show as active, and active show as sold. Or they're not visible. I am patient, hoping for a fix. Top it off, I don't get Etsy email announcements LOL. I'm in the dark *uncomfortable giggle*  Somehow, I manage.

@atomicfiberstudio unfortunately the app is craap I had to delete it as it stopped working on my old Galaxy mobile. I use desktop/Chrome for all admin or Chrome browser on my tablet. 

You didn't answer my question above. At what point is it 'not working' and what is happening at that point? e.g. You click on the cog, then 'Copy' and it does what?

I assume you are using the Desktop website > what browser are you using?

Tech support will need more details if they are going to look into it so you may as well tell me and I'll try to recreate it.

Go into the sold order and renew.  I did that not long ago and it worked like a charm.

We can no longer renew the other way.  It's been that way for a couple of months now,

@atomicfiberstudio   Sounds like you are really frustrated.  I can confirm the apps need updating, and can lag in inventory - the simple solution is usually to sign out of the app, then back in.  I can also confirm spotty email notifications, but my app seems to have 100% accurate notifications - maybe delete and update your app?

Last, your issue with not being able to copy a sold listing is baffling - that should work, on desktop at least - using the grey gear icon in Listings manager to select "copy" .   Good luck!!

Sold items, cannot duplicate. Took 30 minutes to copy & fluff up a old listing from 2019. Time, as you know is fleeting. 

Already listed non sold item+can duplicate that. 

New app popped up, afraid to try it LOL...you know how it is. may give it some time.

@atomicfiberstudio you need to find your listing via the listing manager page, then filter to show Sold Out (not completed orders - that no longer works).
