I have many buyers message saying that they are getting error messages while trying to checkout. I still have orders coming in so I am not sure as to what is going on. Anyone else having this issue?
I've never used the app, but is it possible that is what your buyers are using? If so, you could suggest they use a browser instead; the app can be glitchy at times. Here is another Thread about this (from 2 wks. ago).
