Auto Holiday Mode Active

Jump to solution

Etsy auto puts my shop on holiday mode after getting my first order. Has anyone been through this and why?

It typically happens to new shops when Etsy needs ID or some other info from you.

Or else it could be what you were (re)selling.  Did you design that cooler for Arctic Zone?

I am selling just leather products and when I got my first order Esty put my account on pause. I don't why and now Esty is not giving me any solution to fix this issue. Also I don't found any live chat option from Esty support. I have created a case on Esty but after spending 3 days I have not found any response.

I was the same. After the first sale, I was put in vacation mode and didn't even find a place to appeal
