When completing an order, it is not possible at the moment to enter an Australia Post tracking number. (This is when completing an order without using Etsy labels.)
Delivery Company is selected as Australia Post. However the Aus Post tracking number is rejected with the error message "The number you entered isn't a valid UPS tracking number".
Sometimes it changes Australia Post to UPS once you start typing the number. Check the box on the left of the tracking number and you will probably find it has changed to UPS, you can simply change it back to Australia Post and it will recognise it.
@TASMANIANBEAUTIES This glitch is not quite the same as the old "We changed the shipping carrier without telling you. You're welcome" one.
I have had the new glitch a couple of times now. The error message comes up as you are entering the tracking number and the Submit button is greyed out at the same time. I could not find a way to clear it.
@ChasAndVivVintage The only way I found to get the order completed was to copy the tracking number I had typed in, close down the popup, then re-open it and paste in the tracking number instead of typing it. I hope this helps.
