It's only giving me an option of kids crafts! Forgive me if I'm doing something wrong. Completely new at this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. I'm selling shark teeth and supplies.

Sub-categories and Attributes are based on your main category you choose.  If you don't know what to use, search for similar items and see what others are using.  Categories and sub-cats are the first few tags at the bottom of listings.

I did a search for shark teeth and this is how many are listed: Home & living > home decor > rocks & geodes. Seems odd since they are generally a jewelry supply. Some are also listed under craft supplies & tools.
