Hello Etsy Community,
I’ve been facing an issue with the Etsy Support Chat since October 2, 2024, and I’m reaching out here as I haven’t seen any progress. My chat support stopped working unexpectedly, and I urgently need it to resolve some important issues.
Here’s what happened: I was discussing a case with an Etsy support agent via live chat, and we were supposed to continue the resolution over email. However, since then, the live chat has stopped working entirely, and I’ve had no response from Etsy support after about ten unsuccessful attempts to follow up via the agreed email. I initially communicated with Liza from Etsy support, who advised continuing the conversation by email, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any replies.
As the case is still marked as open, I’m unable to start a new support ticket, and I haven’t received any automated responses from the Etsy support bot either (I’ve attached screenshots for reference).
Additionally, as I’m based in the Czech Republic, phone support isn’t an option for me, as my country is not on the supported call list. Could someone please assist me in getting this resolved?
