I've already submitted a Help Report to Etsy, but are any other Sellers able to Report a Review? When I click on the link under the unfair review, the whole screen goes gray and I am unable to enter anything in the box that pops up. I've never had this happen before. I've cleared my cache/cookies and attempted this on Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge on my computer as well as on my husband's computer. It happens when I attempt to click on the "Report This Review" link for any Review. HELP! This problem was not my fault and it is messing up my great Reviews.
BEFORE YOU REPLY -- PLEASE NOTE that I am talking about a TECHNICAL BUG and *not* about whether or not Etsy will remove this review. The link itself does not work. I am unable to report the review for that reason.
@CrystalCoastPlants and @PieceByNumberQuilts Are you using the Orders Page and not the Shop Front Page?
If you go to Shop Front and scroll doen the front page to "Reviews" you will be able to respond to Reviews and Report Reviews.
Does it not lock the review in once you reply, maybe thats what the issue is.
Exactly, you can't report a review you already responded to as this locks it in for you and the buyer.
@AmySueCrafts and @SunnytyDE Originally, I, too, thought this may be the cause of the issue the OP was experiencing, but I checked out a recent review I had replied to and I was still presented with a functioning "Report this Review" option, so I do not think responding to the Review has caused the OP's issue
I'm having the same problem as OP and I have not replied to my review
I just did some testing. When I go to my orders and try to report a review it immediatley gives me a greyed out screen and I'm not able to report. However when I go to my store front, click on the stars and then find one I want to report it works. And yes, @CarpetCollectionAU you are right, it even lets me report one that I responded too.
@SunnytyDE Apologies, I should have mentioned using the Shop Front page not Orders Page.
Thank you so much! It helped me to report a review
Maybe that's what @AmySueCrafts tried to do and that's why she can't report it?
@SunnytyDE I suspect you are correct
I'm experiencing the same bug. The whole screen goes grey when I click to report a review. I tried on different browsers and on mobile. This is ridiculous. The review is not fair as it's about another program. I need to be able to report the review.
Use the Shop Front Review view (as a Buyer would see your Shop) and Not the Orders Page Viewfron Shop Manager.
The Report and Respond functions work from the Shop Front Page.
I'm experiencing the same issue. Click on Report a review and my screen goes gray, can't type in anything. I have a 1 star that's killing me. Buyer commented 'I never received it it went somewhere else. She messaged me shortly after she posted the review and comment to say that she had received it (same day as the review was posted", thought it was awesome and even sent me a picture! Said she would revise the review and 4 days later it's still 1 star. Had a 2 star review on 3 frayed hat patches. Buyer wasn't happy, didn't come ready to sew on garment, wasn't aware the patches had frayed edges. Clearly listed in my item descriptions and close up listing photos that clearly show frayed edges. I've looked all over the Etsy site for a place to send an email, message, something and nada. It is like searching for the Holy Grail.
Use the Shop Front Review view (as a Buyer would see your Shop) and Not the Orders Page Viewfron Shop Manager.

Criteria for Removal of a Review
If you believe that a review violates Etsy’s policies, you can report it. Reviews that are negative, but that comply with Etsy’s policies won’t be removed.
Reviews and your response to reviews violate Etsy’s policies if they:
Unless a review violates one of these rules, we can’t remove it.
I have the same issues. I got on Etsy chat and they said its a known issue and engineers are working to fix it. No ETA for resolution.
