App not showing my sale

I've been running the Cyber sale in my shop since October 7th, and I just opened up the app (which I rarely use unless I can't get to my computer) and took a look at my storefront from there - everything is listed full price - no sale! I checked my marketing section to make sure the sale was listed and active on the app, which it was, but the discounts aren't showing up in the app like they are in my website store.

Anyone else having this problem? I'm very frustrated, since I've been really pushing this sale on social media which leans toward using the app rather than the website. Now I look like a liar! 

Trying to contact Etsy support about this, but you know how that goes. Thank you for any advice or info!

Any sale I run never shows in the app.

Really? I've honestly never checked before, so this is the first I've noticed. 

I wonder if the sale shows up in a person's cart if they purchase through the app? Surprise! Or does it just not exist at all through the app?

it doesn’t show if looking at your storefront as you also have free shipping, there isn’t room to show both so Etsy shows the free shipping, not both.

but the sale is showing on your listings when you go into them

I'm not on the app but on the computer. I'm seeing 'eligible orders get 25% off'. Maybe it's because the items aren't just 25% with no other parameters?
