Today is July 10th. I contact Etsy support more than 5 times to get my invoice from Etsy (VAT REPORTING). They send me the cvs but I only need the INVOICE pdf file. How can I get it? I get it from May and April, but the download button and the reports does not appears for June.
When did you enter your VAT number?
You are in Spain, and should be VAT registered, so there will be no VAT on your sellers fees
Hi, my VAT is registered since 2021. I received the vat reporting all that time, and I have it from April and May, but not for june
I just checked and our VAT Statement download works correctly (you reminded me to download ours for June).
How are you accessing the VAT Statement?
I used a browser (firefox) and used: Finances > monthly statement > change the month from July to June.
The page display defaults to the current month (July), so have you changed the month back to June to access your June invoice? The invoice for July won't be available until after the end of July.
@CraftyCornishMaids : The invoice is essential for VAT registered sellers as it needs to be processed as a Reverse Charge invoice. VAT registered sellers don't pay VAT to Etsy, but VAT still has to be paid on it during the VAT reporting.

I see the VAT reporting for the previous months, April and May and all the previuos months and years. I don't see the one for June.
I am not seeing a VAT registration number in your Seller Details, Etsy automatically displays Seller Details if you have a valid VAT registration.
Are you VAT registered?
My understanding is that Spain has a zero € turnover threshold for VAT registration, so all Spanish sellers need to be VAT registered.
Some countries (including Spain as far as I know) have 2 levels of VAT registration: for domestic only and for intra-community (EU wide).
For selling on Etsy you need to have the EU intra-community type of VAT registration, which can be verified using VIES:
https://europa.eu/youreurope/business/taxation/vat/check-vat-number-vies/index_en.htm
This is so that Etsy can issue zero rated Reverse Charge invoices.
If you have a domestic only VAT registration then Etsy will not be able to verify it at VIES.
You cannot reclaim VAT charged by Etsy on their Irish VAT registration using a Spanish VAT registration (domestic or EU). Instead the Reverse Charge of Services procedure needs to be followed:

Hi, yes I am a VAT registered since 2021. I receive the VAT reporting every month since 2021 for my 3 shops. This month I received only for 2 of them, I only missing my report for June.
Etsy automatically creates a Seller Details entry for sellers with a valid VAT registration, as it is a legal requirement in the UK & EU for VAT registered sellers to display their VAT registration number.
You are not displaying any Seller Details.
Does Etsy still recognise your VAT registration?
Check the finances > legal & tax information page for correct entry, and to see if there are any warning notices.
Etsy is now required to recheck seller legal details periodically, it may have failed verification.
