Does anybody has the same problem? A customer emailed me, saying that when she wanted to make a purchase, she couldn't continue, because she got "doesn't ship to the Netherlands.
Well, I am Dutch, live in the Netherlands and I DO ship to the Netherlands. And I was wondering why my sales dropped. Now I know....How can I change this? I had contacted Etsy support, but: technical problem. That was a few days ago. And I didn't know when it started....
If somebody has a solution: please let me know.
You do in fact ship to the Netherlands. Maybe there was a problem with the buyer's address.
