Anyone got the mail conerning Adobe Express trial version?

I attended and therefore was registered for this event but no mail.

I had issues redeeming the code, but I attended the Adobe Express workshop and I didn't get a code with that one as I should have. I was given an email address to get it fixed but the emails keep bouncing back to me so I still have no code.

I've got the email but its not allowing me to click the link

I have now received another email like the initial one, I try to click the redeem link and it takes me to an error code page. Adobe can't help me and I can't find a live person anywhere on Etsy. This is getting a little ridiculous.
