Orders automatically marked as Completed [Bug]

There is an on-going bug I've been experiencing for weeks, where all my orders are automatically marked as completed. I sell digital products (card readings) so I need to upload the file in the order, and that is impossible if it's marked as Completed. I cannot edit it.

I have to get the client's email to send the file every time it's a new client.

I have already contacted the support team but there is still no update or whether there is any fix yet. Don't know what to do.

Edit the listing, in the old listing format if possible, change the date or the type, save and re-edit back to made to order digital.

It will fix it for a certain amount of time (usually until it sells again and auto renews, or if you use bulk edit to update it).
