Anyone else's listing updating by themselves for no reason????

For the last day or so my listings have been updating randomly every few minutes, one at a time. It is not time for these listings to be renewed and I am not editing or changing them in any way. Its completely random. It happened ALL night last night one listing every few minutes and continues to happen as I speak (rather type). I know this bc I have my listings ordered as "expiring latest" so the listings are appearing at the top bc they have been updated/refreshed. Is anyone else experiencing this? It would certainly be nice if I had customer support to talk to... but since this is Etsy that's not really an option.

I would first look to see if they actually renewed.  Look in your shop payment account and see if you are being charged for the renewal fee.

It could just be a glitch on the order they are showing up not that they have actually renewed.

They have not been renewed bc I am not charged. But they are 100% being updated. It even tells me the date/time each listing was updated but I haven't updated anything.

If nothing is changing other than the order then I'm not sure why it's an issue other than it's odd? Likely it's just a glitch.  Also just updating a listing shouldn't change the order it is shown since it's not renewed and would not change the expiration date or the listing date.  For that reason it for sure just sounds like an etsy glitch that is most likely harmless. 

a few weeks ago my listing order got a little bit out of whack where listings I just made would show up on page 2 or 3 but it worked itself out.  I'm assuming this will too.

@VINTAGEASSAULT   My problem is I can't create a New Listing. I just noticed it today but I don't know how long it's been like that because I haven't listed lately. Seems like some sellers are having different problems... but all are with listings.

Firstly, do you have auto-renew on? If not, are the listings being renewed with no input from you? You say the listings are updating. I am curious if you mean the listings descriptions have been edited but not by you. If so, have you thought you may have been hacked and they are "testing the water"?

I have auto renew but none of these listings are due to be renewed. Yes, they are being updated as the listings say "last updated" with the date and time but I have no idea what is being "renewed" bc I am not doing it. I don't think the account is hacked. it has been happening for days. One by one. Every few minutes.

@VINTAGEASSAULT   OK, you say that the listings have been updated because of the "last updated" change of date/time, but that still does not answer my question. Have any listing titles or descriptions changed? Have you looked/checked? If they have been changed, but not by you, it would appear that you have been hacked.

Nothing has been changed. No titles. No pics. No prices. No shipping. No descriptions. No changes.

If nothing is changing, even though it says updating, is that a problem?  A glitch, yes but no changes you haven’t made.
