Today when I finished my 15 days since I opened my Shop. I was put on vacation mode by Etsy.
I only have 3 listings with 0 sales yet, was waiting for Etsy Ads to kickin and waited 15 days for it, meanwhile preparing my products, taking photos and creating product description to be ready to post.
And today I see my shop is kept on Vacation mode right at the holidays time.
Not sure what issue it is and I got no email from the team.
@Pixora3D: As mentioned, Etsy can sometimes be slow in sending out the eMail explaining why, and it is also possible that your eMail provider or ISP blocked the eMail (and therefore it does not even make it to your spam or junk folder).
I see that you are marketing some of your items as 'toys'. Whenever you use such a word in your title, tags, description, etc., you need to make sure that you are complying with the laws (and certification requirements) of where you are sending the item to.
Also you might want to name your variations something clearer (i.e. Planter Color, Plate Color). For example on the 'Polygon planter - Wrap around plate' nowhere do you seem to mention which item gets the primary color and which item gets the secondary color.
Wait a while - there should be an email. Also check your email spam folder.
They are most likely verifying your financial and business information.
It will take time. Be patient.
Meanwhile, familiarize yourself with the rules and make sure your shop and listings adhere to Etsy's Terms of Use.
