Anyone else not get message notifications on November 17?

I was surprised to recently notice that my Star Seller status bumped down from 100% to 95% yesterday in the message response category. I always drop everything to respond to customers, but it also reminded me that got a weird message around that time that a customer wrote to say that they thought they were missing a package, but had just found it in their locked mailbox. It was weird to me because I had never gotten the first message where they reported it missing. So I downloaded the file to see what message Etsy says I didn't respond to, and it is that customer. I checked back in my emails and I definitely never got a message forwarded to me there, and I can't tell any longer if I got a push notice on my phone, but I think there may have been a glitch in Etsy's system on that day that made me not get a message. I'm curious if anyone else noticed this. Thankful I still qualify for Star Seller status, but I know something is wrong!

@bunnywithatoolbelt: There are many many threads in this forum about issues with the apps as well as eMail notifications that transcend any single date. The consensus is that sellers need to check their shop for messages and orders at least once a day and using a browser as a workaround until these other issues are resolved.

You can get to the message using the link in the CSV file. At least for the time being, it appears that marking an unanswered message as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period. But be aware that doing so may cause other messages from that account to do directly to the spam folder.

My problem is that I never got a message in the first place--it's not in my messages folder on the Etsy site at all--that customer's thread is obviously a follow-up to her original message, but I go back through October and there is no evidence of a first message. I know there must be one because of the drop in my Star Seller status, and I did download the CSV file and it shows a message there that I didn't reply to, but that message does not exist in my messages on the website.

@bunnywithatoolbelt: If you copy and paste the message link URL from the CSV file into a browser the message will show up as long as you are logged in.

Right--and I get the second message there where she says to disregard the first message. There's no record of any other messages from her and I know I sat down to answer that one immediately because I was confused by her telling me to ignore the other message.
