Anyone else getting a deposit returned to Etsy today?

Returned deposit today? After several years with the same bank? And my credit card on file is not expired or anything. NOW WHAT Etsy? Anyone else having this problem?

Yep and then a few hours later got another deposit for a lower amount than it should have been

Just got a resubmit notification of my deposit, but it was less the fees of the sale that I made between the first deposit and the second. ‍

Mine too. We shall see if this one actually hits my bank. Won’t know until midnight.

Happened to me as well but I only noticed because I got 2 ‘your funds are on the way’ emails which I thought strange.

Just received another email stating my (adjusted) deposit was resent. No explanation. I thought at least there would be more as some sellers have had sale fees taken and also postage labels taken out of the adjusted deposit, but nope.

I listed a new item after the deposit was made. Now I assume it will be 20 cents less when they submit it again???

Any updates?  The funds were re-deposited in my second shop but not my main shop and it's money I depend on, especially with taxes due today. Please explain and assure all Etsy sellers that the funds will be deposited today.

Yes.  I stopped at my bank and they showed no record of the deposit even hitting my account.

According to Etsy, my deposit sent to my bank and then it was returned.  My bank said no deposit was made and they showed no attempts to deposit from Etsy, either.  I have received no emails regarding this and no new attempts to deposit the money owed, either.

Same here. But they just redeposited at a slightly lower amount.

Was there anything in your recent activities in between the first and second deposit attempt? A shipping label purchased? A new listing created or a renewal fee charged? Or sales made today? Your available balance automatically deducts the fees immediately, so it makes sense your deposit would have been reduced by any fees on sales made today.

My second deposit was lower because I was purchasing labels.

My first deposit email is about $47 higher than the amount currently sitting in my payment account waiting to be deposited. No other activity since then so they are clearly updating the deposit amounts.

Yes, same here.  Never had a problem before.  Got another email it's being sent again.  Hopefully it will all work out for everyone!

Mine was sent, then returned, then sent.  Keeping fingers crossed all is well.

Happened to me as well. My initial deposit was returned and a second sent but was $34 less than the first deposit.

Same here.  This morning's deposit shows returned and then they sent a second deposit that's about $20 less than the one that was returned this morning.  Same bank info for the past year and a half and never had a problem before.  And this is after they stuck a reserve on my account for absolutely no reason and are currently holding 2/3rd of my money.  I don't know how I'm supposed to do business like this.

Same with the deposit being less than what I was supposed to get. If they took out fees from the sale I got today after they made the initial deposit, that is definitely not right.
