Anyone Having Photo Uploading Issues?

All week long I've had trouble uploading photos to create new listings. The upload is way slower than normal. Anyone else having this problem? Not sure what to do about it. Thanks!

The cause can be your device, browser, or ISP, especially since there aren't widespread reports of the issue. Try clearing your cache, using a different browser, and resetting your modem and device. The photo size can also cause the problem, but I assume your photos are the correct size.

And this is part of the problem.  Finger pointing at everyone else.  I've had this problem off and on for months.  I do a speed check on my internet connection and there is no problem.  Maybe you are having server problems?

I have the same problem once in a while, pics don't upload.  There's not much you can do about it.  I fill out everything possible about the item and put on draft, check back later, or the next day and the pictures usually upload.  I'm blaming my crappy internet provider, but it's probably not that, could be Etsy too.  Not sure why this happens.

I just did several listings no issue.

It could be ISP, background interference in browser, or photos that are too large for uploading.

Yes.  Since yesterday and it's really annoying.

I cant upload pics at all in the "new listing experience", I have been using the old form and it works fine.

Yes, I had an issue trying to upload a picture as well. It is not my ISP and it is a picture that I had used previously (one of the supplies was temporarily unavailable). I was using the old form.

Also this week I had old pictures appear and new pictures disappear. So Etsy is continuing to have issues of some sort. I am beyond frustrated with old pictures coming back.....it is like some sick magic trick.

That's interesting. Maybe it is some kind of glitch caused by the photo resizing?

I just came to see if I was the only one still having trouble.  I've had issues getting photos to upload since they rolled out the new app.  I've tried the app and web version, different devices, tried both the old and new listing forms, and none of it works well.

No problem here, but I am using the old listing format.
