For the last couple of days, two of my customers don’t look like their getting my messages or photos of proofs for their orders.
I message them and they respond back as if I haven’t replied to them.
Is Etsy aware of this issue?
More than likely Etsy is putting some of your messages in the customers SPAM folder.
I've seen threads of this happening a lot.
If it was a site wide issue, they'd be a lot of posts about it.
