Answering Messages within 24 Hours
I had a potential customer who messaged me rapid fire for 30 minutes for a total of 18 exchanges, including research and additional photos. I responded to the first message within 35 minutes, and within minutes to the following messages. I got dinged for NOT RESPONDING to 3 messages. This seems incorrect. What is going on?
The data is below. Maybe the person was starting new messages every time? I could barely keep up with the conversation as I would new message would arrive as I was typing.
Message date | Message time | You replied on | Time of reply | Replied within 24 hours? |
6/20/2022 | 12:10:32 | -- | -- | no |
6/20/2022 | 12:08:09 | -- | -- | no |

6/20/2022 | 12:00:04 | 6/20/2022 | 12:12:36 | yes |

mark those as spam and they won't count against you.

Re: Answering Messages within 24 Hours
@SaltwaterVillage You can mark them as spam, retroactively. This type of issue may be assuaged next month (July) when multiple message threads from a single user in 24 hours * will count as one for the Star Seller metric.
* Remains to be seen if it's a calendar day of 12-12, or any 24-hr span. Also not sure when exactly in July. I'm sure it will go just swimmingly!

Re: Answering Messages within 24 Hours
I sure hope so. That would be such a relief. If I'm dinged, it's almost always because of multiple text threads from the same user. Super frustrating.
