Another LLC Confirmation nightmare

Any help is greatly appreciated. On 9/14, I wrote Etsy's customer support to ensure I would fill out the legal/tax info for my new LLC properly. I was sent to an article I already read. 

I did the following: Selected Business, because I am one. Selected Disregarded entity, because I am one. Entered my SSN. Entered my business entity name and EIN EXACTLY even in CAPS like it is on the IRS EIN form sent to me by the IRS.  I entered the EXACT address as well, with caps. I then entered the rest including the ID number off my LLC's Articles of Incorporation which is also used on the state website.    

The first respone from etsybot was that my shop was not verified and would be shut down after two more attempts. 

I chose another route- I opened another shop that I wanted to anyway,  but I don't care about it so much now. It allowed me to enter all the data as above, but is still stuck after a few days still in attempting to verify Taxpayer info. It seems stuck in some loop. It DID verify my government ID and photo.

Meanwhile I went back to try SHOP #1 again and again entered all the correct data. Now I am stuck in an endless error there, getting this message:  "Due to a service error we are unable to check your TIN at this time, please try again later" No matter how much later I try it is still there.      

I have 9 emails back and forth with Etsu support in which they have ignored my specific question and send me a generic response and the article on tax and legal information page, which I have read over ten times.  I have several chats with them. I have not tried calling just due to my daytime schedule but I hope to find time for that. 

I can provide the current "support" ticket number if needed, and if I can connect with someone knowledgable have every conceivable piece of paper to prove I am who I am and my business is too. If anyone can help, thank you in advance!

You must reply to the generic email Etsy sends you otherwise they close the case.  Just keep one email going back and forth until it is resolved. 

Verification can take up to two weeks. 

Hopefully someone else has some helpful info.

I have been, thank you, and I've been very polite, and have reframed the question with specific details each time. I've been waiting several days since the last one so I asked someone on chat to please go look it up and have someone respond, including case number I'm sure we'll get there. It has just been a bit of a challenge. TY for the response!

@AnnsVisionsofHeaven: One possibility - how long ago did you get your EIN? The verification checks are run against official databases and there have been reports that there is commonly a delay of 4 - 6 weeks between IRS issuing a new EIN and updating their public facing database.
