I was not awarded Star Seller this month because it states that I did not ship an item on time. I shipped it almost 2 weeks early and I purchased the label from Etsy. It was marked as completed and delivered. Why did this prevent me from getting the Star Seller badge? I am so confused on what disqualified me if I met all the standards. I know it can't be changed, but I just want to understand for next time if I did something wrong.
Have you had any take downs in your shop for Intellectual Property infringement?
Example: copyrighted Tweety Bird
This can cause your shop to be permanently striped of your badges.
I have not.
If you look at the Customer service stats tab off of your dashboard, it should have a box for shipping/tracking - you can download the shipping stat history and it will tell you what the missing link according to Etsy was.
I don't believe Etsy will award the badge even if they were in error so it would just be for your information and to modify your habits for next month.
I have done this already, I only had one package shipped and it was all good. I didn't find anything, that is why I am confused on this.
If any of the following happened, you don't qualify.
You also need to have the full amount of both individual sales and sales total in $$ to qualify.
Aren't The Monster Squad and Tweety trademarked?
@CuddleRooShop: What does the actual order show? Does it show as delivered or is it still in 'pre transit'?
Any integration can fail. Long before Star Seller was even thought of, we got into the habit of spending a few minutes daily checking the previous day's shipments to make sure that they were at least "in transit" so if something was wrong we could fix it within the 72 hour window we are allotted.
It shows delivered. I followed this package daily, it was my first physical order. It showed all the steps. As far as I can tell I have done everything correctly. It is probably something small I am overlooking. Thanks!
