I did turn off almost all notifications on the Etsy app, apart from sales. But for some reason, I still get some unnecessary notifications about selling tips, etc. I don't want them. How can I resolve this?

@AnnaDcrochet You don't need to get the selling tips - you should be able to opt out in your Profile - Account Settings - Emails tab at the top. Uncheck any you don't want, then save settings at the bottom.
* This is done on desktop - not the app, but you should be able to access the desktop mobile site.
I am not bothered by the ' ching changs' and banner alert from sales, because I especially left them and I want them. I don't want a ching chang with ' share and sale' tips etc.
There might be some from etsy that you can't opt out of as a seller. They sometimes send push notifications to your phone about things they think are general interest.
The most recent one I received was about the Share a Sale thing or whatever that is called. I still got that one on my phone even though the only notifications I'm signed up for from etsy are notices of a sale or convo.
I had every notification turned off in the app except for sales and messages. I just checked and it seems etsy has added new notification options in the app since I installed and turned most off. The new ones are turned 'on' by default. The new ones I'm seeing are "general news and education about selling on etsy" and "etsy launches a new feature for my shop". Maybe check your app notification settings and be sure that any new ones are turned off.

I have only messages, sales and review notifications enabled, but I am still getting almost daily spam from the etsy app. Surely this is against Apple's ToS?
