My listings aren't showing up in the "all" section of my Etsy Shop

Hi, my listings are all active but for some reason its not showing up in the "all" section of my shop but when I click on "on sale" they all show up. I'm confused as to why thats happening. I can see all of my listings on my shop but when I'm logged out or when someone else goes to me shop via safari or chrome, 3 of my listings aren't appearing unless they've clicked on "all" or the individual tabs I have them in. I've also tried deactivating and reactivating and that hasn't worked.

I have a similar problem. I relisted an item yesterday and it shows in my shop fine on Chrome (logged in), but when using Silk browser (on Amazon fire) logged out it is missing. If I change the sort (which is defaulted to 'relevance') to 'custom' then it appears. I tried de-activating it and then re-activating but that did not solve the problem. I guess maybe the Silk browser is not supported in the same way as Chrome. If I search for it via the main Etsy search then it comes up so I'm not going to worry about it too much.

I haven't tried looking on Chrome logged out yet. I want to check that on my desktop Mac.

P.s. It's my moonstone earrings.

I'll let you know if I figure it out but I have some other things I have to do first so I'll look later.

I can confirm that the listing in question was also missing on Chrome when logged out. I tried editing the listing, I actually updated a variation and then republished, but that did not fix the issue (at least, not straight away) I will check again later.

I'm seeing 29 listings under "All", which is the same as under "On sale".

Right but there are 4 posts that arent showing under "All". If you count its only 25. In order for the other 4 to show I'd have to but them in my featured items

There was some weird indexing glitch within shops - some of the causes were coming out of vaca. mode or using quick edit.

The fix was to re-publish (open the listing in edit mode, do nothing, hit publish) - or if it's a lot of listings, check off the ones in question, deactivate, then reactivate.  Worth a try with your 4 earrings, @StudioSundazeByZ .

So weird. I am experiencing this now. I sell bullet journals and other things, but have one bullet journal not showing up in my all section but showing up perfectly fine in my side category under 'bullet journals' so so annoying.

I am logged in and can see all 49 listings in your shop (I counted them).

How many listings do you think you should have?

What are the listings which are not showing up?

Are you using the browser or app?

@Amaradorn , I can also see all 49 listings right now. I am using Safari on a laptop. This is an intermittent problem. The count under the sections and total listings is always correct, it's just that sometimes the listings shown do not add up to either the section or the entire shop, depending on what I am selecting. For example, if I click on a section that has 4 listings, maybe only 3 show on the screen. Or, when I click on 'all', maybe the last 3 listings that I added do not show.
