Hi, I’m having an issue with how my shop’s reviews display in the Etsy app.
On the web version, my shop correctly shows 363 reviews on 950 sales. But in the buyer’s Etsy app, it shows zero reviews — both in the Reviews tab and on the shop homepage.
I’ve reinstalled the app and tested it on multiple devices. The issue is still there.
My other Etsy shop shows reviews correctly in the app, so the problem seems to affect only this one shop, and again, only in buyers app.
