Hello, I see a lot of other shop owners have had issues when trying to update their name. I tried updating my last name (since I got married) but am having major verification issues. I started my Etsy shop at age 15, and since I was so young, I had my father (legal guardian) also help me with the shop. I entered his date of birth so I could sell with his help. However, now when I tried to update my last name, and upload my government issued ID, I am getting flagged because Etsy thinks someone else is stealing my account. I have gotten on the phone with Etsy support over 20 times (I give the request number every time), and I have emailed them close to 30 times. I give my request number each time but get the same robotic responses. I feel like I can’t get in touch with a real person who has knowledge enough to help me. I’ve built my shop over 12 years and am really scared I’m going to lose it. I have 5 days before they put me on vacation mode. And I have received no new communication from them in 5 days. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
