All orders missing tracking info
I started on etsy month ago. Everything is fine except missing tracking info. I am located in Poland and use Fedex. Choosen fedex, correctly added tracking number and marked order as a completed.. All of my 9 orders look like not shipped... Anybody from poland here? why it doesnt work? I won't use UPS etc due doubleprice compared to fedex... somebody help plz

Etsy uses Aftership for tracking. In some countries the tracking is not as succssful in others.
Did you add the tracking number correctly? Any glitch and it won't track.
Did you mark complete and then add the tracking number to the order? Did the email go out with the tracking number? If you got a copy see if the tracking number is listed.
Did you try the number on the courier service?
Maybe someone else can help with selecting a different courier.

Etsy doesn't recognise Royal Mail tracking from the UK. Many countries outside of the US just can't qualify for the Star Seller badge because the tracking isn't recognised. However, I thought that Fedex was okay but maybe not.

Etsy uses Aftership to track, enter your country and then you can see which carriers they can track.

when entering the tracking number on Etsy do you have several FedEx options? If yes then try out the other one. For Dutch deliveries with the PostNL I have three options and only two work with tracking (and Etsy keeps defaulting to the one that doesn’t, but that is a different story). Give it a try. Even if it says domestic for example. You can change the carrier for a couple days I believe to try it out if it doesn’t update.

Are you sure you are changing the dropdown menu to Fed Ex? The default is USPS if you don't change it, and since the sequence of a Fed Ex tracking number is not the same as USPS, it will read invalid unless you choose the right carrier in the dropdown where the tracking number is entered.

Have you tried entering "FedEx® Poland Domestic" as the carrier name?
