Hello, I was in the process of creating a new listing by making a copy of one I frequently use when I encountered an error while trying to update the tags. I made one update but didn’t publish it due to the error, and then all my listings disappeared. I have confirmed with Etsy that my account is in good standing; I have no negative reviews, six 5-star reviews, and no outstanding fees or chargebacks. I have reached out to Etsy and reported the potential bug. All my listings were present this morning.
The only listings currently visible are the six I duplicated and the five custom listings I created for customers. Earlier today, I even created a B2B business branding listing and a section without any issues. I really hope this is just a temporary bug. I’ve read online that this might be related to new indexing problems or the new listing form.
Etsy is probably working on making changes on the back end - this is the time of year for it. Every time they do, these things happen. I am noticing glitches with messages in my shop. I hope you are able to get this resolved soon.
Called and Talked to Etsy , they were not taken down by them. Possible system fluke, but they are reactivating my listings and there was no violations. Will be down for a few more days as they have to reactive one by one
No it’s not. It’s printed onto film your thinking direct to fabric but that’s DTG and direct to fabric requires a machine, only need a heat press to do mine.
Direct to film (DTF) printing is a method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to a garment using heat and pressure. This technique is popular for its versatility, vibrant colors, and ability to be used on various fabrics. It's a popular choice for custom apparel businesses due to its high-quality results and suitability for intricate designs.
I don’t know how to help you. When I look at your shop, I see no listings.
Same here - I see no listings.
Did you check your expired listings?
Hi - no I don’t have expired listing. Other sellers are noticing the same thing. As I found several others who complained about the same and they were on vacation when they got this notification. Waiting on Etsy IT team to reach out. I’m glad it’s not just me and it’s not due to violations. Hopefully if its back up soon otherwise I will be asking for refund and potential sales lost due Etsy glitch.
Etsy had their servers of SQL servers which Fail sometimes - ( Microsoft is having issues) A good chunk of listings expired in August/ sept / October as they were not listed till march but then re-listed in May. But all my listings are manual.
While there may not be any widespread, confirmed Etsy glitches specifically on June 26, some sellers have reported issues with the new listing form and potential problems with Etsy ads. These issues have been ongoing, with some sellers experiencing unexpected ad campaigns being created without their authorization. Additionally, some sellers are reporting bugs and technical glitches with the new listing form that was recently introduced

Thank you, I just got email saying my order got cancelled by me but never cancelled it. I was told Etsy IT would reach out but I don’t know how long this is gonna take to fix.
@ZehOriginalArt There is a glitch with locations. Can't add or change location through Public profile or through shop edit. I know there have been plenty of sellers facing this. I am now one of them.
Not going to hold my breath it gets fixed.
I see listings.
I don't see any, only sold.
It’s not a widespread issue. It’s Isolated to some users. I just hope it gets fixed soon. For the amount of fees and other charges we pay this isn’t fair.
Cant even get to shop when click on their name box is blank.
@GieseDeseiGns @Yeah all I see is just number of sales and review if it was suspended it would have banner and you would get an email saying why. I can see all my items were favorited.
If etsy closes your shop with the big yellow banner there is no email saying why. Sellers come here all the time wondering what happened to their shops.
There is no new listing form. The old listing form was retired a year ago. June 2024. Etsy always has glitches, ad campaigns started on their own, manual listings auto renewed, not able to list your location, etc. The sellers on vacation got an erroneous message to start listing. What has happened to your shop is unusual. Not unheard of but not common.
Also odd a mod hasn't come along and closed this thread. This is just the kind of situation they sweep under the rug.
Yeah there is no banner or no email. Etsy said they would send my case to their specialist team but haven’t heard back yet. I opened up a square account and gonna load all my listings ( I have all the mock ups) but still working my day job till Monday. I do have 3 days off so I could probably load like 50 listings maybe more. I was long time shopper before opening my store but what’s going on is just wrong and it’s not fair to sellers. One day we have a store next it’s gone wirh no explanation. This definitely has a really bad vibe around and probably won’t shop here anymore.

Heads up : DTF is Direct to Fabric, not Film.

I stand corrected. Learned something new!
