I refreshed my listings page a moment ago and all my listings are saying they require an update. I have checked and this is something to do with the delivery profiles but when I try to update these I get a message saying this has been an error please contact Etsy support
Im not sure how this has happened as I have made no changes to my listing / Delivery profiles recently and this only happened a few seconds ago
Just want to know if this is happening to anyone else and/or if this is an issue currently.
Yes. This has also happened to my shop about a hour ago. All my listings say update required and I can’t get it to go away. Very frustrating

Same here. Completely shut the computer down and came back into Etsy and it hasn't been resolved as of yet. I plan on quitting for the day and will give it more time as I've gone in and looked at every listing and the information is there.

Same here! it says update required, then "this listing needs a quick update in delivery settings" but i go on there, nothing wrong comes up, so i changed from other to a preset choice (not great as not accurate at all), still the same issue, i can't renew any items!

I am using Printify for POD shirts and just to try something I changed the shipping service in the Monster Digital, Gildan Unisex Heavy Cotton Tee default shipping profile on a listing switched shipping service from "Other" to USPS First Class and red flag went away. I am not sure that is the correct shipping service, but it did fix it ... wondering if anyone knows what the correct shipping service would be ??
I created a new shipping profile and switched all listings to the new shipping profile option. Then it works!!
Try this to see if it works
Can you try to create a new shipping profile under settings d "Delivery settings" and apply your listings to this new profile? Try to see if that works.
You may set your new shipping profile same as the original shipping details you originally set. If it still doesn't work, try logging out and log in again.

Same, changed to something other than other and it went away but it's the POD shipping. I have no idea what they will use.
I am wondering that myself . Not sure what to set it on. Seems like there is an issue or changes every day.
I also use Printify. I’m at a loss. I’m still trying to research to find a solution
