Hello - I had copied a number of either sold or expired listings to relist with new items. I accidentally checked a listing only to realize they have all reverted to the old titles tags and descriptions!
Has anyone experienced this?
its a nightmare, losing all those hours of work! gone just like that ….
What is the point of trying to streamline listings using copy if it doesn’t work.
I am hoping Etsy ia looking at this forum and it is a bug they can fix.

It is. Everyone I know is having the same problem. We have to keep reporting by chat or email. Everyone needs to report it so they’ll know how widespread it is.
Are you trying to use the App? If you are, I've heard it is glitchy, and best to use a mobile browser or desktop computer. Here is another recent Thread re: problems with Copying a listing via the App.

I can’t understand how a multi billion dollar listed company can’t fix its main money making “equipment”
This is their core business , a functioning app is critical to their bottom line
What is the point of offering 10 usd to buyers if they can’t buy it as I now have to deactivate so many listings….not to mention my lost hours of work and research. As a general vintage seller , I research each different item … that is a lot of time

Are you using the new listing page or the old one? I only use the old and have not had a this problem.
Sorry to inform you that this is going on for 7+ weeks now and nothing has changed so far. A lot of threads about this problem
@Freshpie I’ve tried everything, old and new, app, different browsers, other laptop. Stopped sending messages about it, feels like a waste of time
I have had the same issue tonight. This is a major problem as it also affects variations.
It happens in the app or mobile browser or laptop, no matter if I’m using old or new listing form. Now there is the additional problem of pictures failing to load when adding to a listing. We’re trying to get ready for Christmas, but we’re dead in the water. We can’t list a thing.
