Review was removed which effected the Start Seller for last month but not showing in my Dashboard

Good Morning I received an ETSY email stating that I was a star seller for Septmeber- but its not showing on my dashboard or my etsy shop. There was one review that was removed by Etsy and I think this is what has caused it - after contacting ETSY 24/7 Chat they advised 'Thank you for waiting, I was able to check and confirmed that the review made on the order was already removed, For this one, Kindly wait for your star seller dashboard to be updated automatically since I can still see that the review was still there, Kathleen, If your star seller dashboard still not updated,  I encourage you to let us know in the Technical Issues forum (https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/bd-p/bugs). This is the best place to share reports of possible technical issues.' its now well passed the star seller 'update' time frame as the the review was removed a week ago and we are now on the 10th of October. What are the next steps to get this resolved for me please?

September or October? The badge currently on display is for October. I didn't count up your reviews (there's almost 80 in the last review period, just counting how many pages there are), but a quick scan of the last couple of months shows you've had a number of reviews that were below 5 stars, so it's easy to believe your average just wasn't at the 4.8 they require, not that it was a single review that brought it down. Have you gone through and counted up all reviews for July, August and September to see what the average is?

@GlobalGumnuts: You can confirm how the reviews average is being calculated by clicking on the Reviews card on your Star Seller page. The popup will show you how many reviews in each star grouping there are.

That only works for the current review period (being issued the following month). For the prior review period it only tells you the average, there is no breakdown. Reviews are the only thing they don't give you a breakdown down of in the prior review period, only the current.

Yeh, etsy often send congrats you've earned SS emails, in error.

Yep - that happened to me this month - I got an email saying I was a star seller, and then got a message on my seller dashboard saying "We sent you an October Star Seller email in error".
