All Shop stats exceed the star seller qualifications, but shop review still says “meeting standards”

I’ve made more than $300 in sales in the last 3 months, my response rate in 24 hours is 100% (But I didn’t receive the speedy response badge) and my reviews are 5 out of 5 stars for all reviews and I don’t have Star seller.

I had one bad month 4 months ago where I missed responding to 2 of my messages (out of the 4 I received that month)
One being within 48 hours, the other one was 50 hours later (my bad) and I haven't been able to get past the “meeting standards” ever since! 

Even though I’m RIGHT ONTOP of messages and reviews and everything. My tracking is on time because my account is digital content only. And I’ve never had a complaint made against me or anything left unsettled or anything like that.

I’m so confused. Each month, on the first, I keep thinking, “this is going to be the month that it’s fixed and I’m now giving ‘STELLAR’ service!”… but no… it’s just stuck on “meeting standards” month after month.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The data displayed is for the upcoming period.  On the top left of that box you need to click on Previous to see the figures which determined whether you have Star Seller this month.

"Is there anything I can do to fix this?" --  Make sure you have a license for your "Mouse Ear" products with Disney font, Without a license, they are IP infringing and cannot be sold.

As long as you have "Mouse Ears" in your shop you might be in for a long wait.

I believe there is a minimum sales threshold that is involved in the star seller calculationss too, but am not sure what it is

Second shop in the forum today with this problem.  It appears Etsy may be watching.
