All 3 Badges Achieved but Star Badge not showing up after 5 days

Hey guys, can anyone explain why the main star seller badge is not showing up on our account even after all three are achieved and it has bee 5 days since the 1st of the month? It says it can take up to 24 hours, but it has been 5 days.

Did you reach the $$$ threshold? If not I think they just show the badges but no overall star?

@hopeandjoystudios  Both the money threshold and orders number needs to be met before any badges show.

I'm seeing the shipping and review badges, not the message reply one.

The stats you see are for the next badge, you need to click on Last Review period to see what your stats were on Aug 31st, for the September 1st badge.

You're missing the messages badge.

As the previous posters said, 1) you must Make at least 5 sales worth $300, 2) you must have answered all first messages within 24 hours. If you did not receive any messages, that will not prevent you from reaching star seller status.

At least Etsy gave you credit for the achievements you made. I have always had the SS badge and I really can't tell that it makes any difference in sales.
