Ads running but no spend and no views

Hello, 

I started running my ads yesterday with a budget of 5$ a day but no spend and no views, today I increased the budget to 20$ and still the same issue, what's wrong ?

Your listings are not indexed.

You need to contact Etsy though your Seller Dashboard and say that your shop and listings are not indexed.  

Also, make sure your items adhere to Etsy's Terms of Use.

@lifenurse: In addition to what PlatypusDream said, your listing must first rank high enough in search results to be shown, regardless of whether or not that listing can be advertised.

You need to send an email to Etsy and put in the heading "Shop Not Indexed".  At the moment your items will never be found in search until Etsy re-indexes them.  We can see them because you have guided us to your shop.

1 day now and they close the request each time

Hello does Anyone know why once I contact etsy support about my shop which is not indexed they close the request automatically and immediately after its creation ?

As someone told you in another thread, your items are not allowed-

Metaphysical services or items

Metaphysical services, such as reiki and spell casting, are prohibited on Etsy. With this in mind, tarot or psychic readings that include a physical or digital copy of said readings (e.g., a recording, email, or tarot spread photo) may be sold on Etsy. 

Supplies related to spell work, such as herbs, crystals, candles, and tinctures, may be sold on Etsy as long as they are not listed with metaphysical claims.
