Once I create this request on etsy support it get closed automatically and immediately

does Anyone know why once I contact etsy support about my shop which is not indexed indexed in search and I don't receuve any views they close it immediately

It may be because of what you are selling. Etsy has pretty clear rules about metaphysical services listings. They may have unindexed the prohibited listings and may eventually remove them. They aren't likely to reindex listings that violate policy and likely won't ever reply.

It's not as I'm delivering a final copy of what has been done (video proof ...), a lot of other sellers do the same thing so it's not against the policies

Because you are violating Etsy policies on what is allowed to be sold.

I'm not trying to be a smartie pants, but I've always wondered this. If your spells work and the whole concept is real, why can't you just work up a spell to sell? I knew a woman once who said she was a witch and she worked at a bookstore I frequented. She was always talking about how broke she was. Then one day she came in with a manuscript she was working on and asked me to help her edit. It was for a book she was going to publish about spells and other things. One of the chapters was about doing spells to bring money your way. I asked her the same question. If her spells worked, why didn't she use one to bring money her way. She wouldn't answer me and it's a question I've wondered about when I see a shop selling these things. Again, please don't take this the wrong way.

I'm totally sure that this is not against their policies already talked with the support and they said as long as I deliver the proof and the buyers are satisfied it's fine

so I doubt if that’s the case

Yes you may see others offering the same ,unfortunately it just means that Etsy found you before those others in this instance .Unfortunately if this is why Etsy have de-indexed your shop we may not be able to help.
