This is an important page to enable international shipping as it details how parcels need to be marked for VAT and other taxes:

I am getting the error message "Uh oh! You're not authorised to access this page"

Without access to the information on this help page sellers cannot comply with important customs requirements for international parcels.

I wasn't signed in to the help pages, once I did, I had the same issue as you, but when I searched for that specific page by searching for VAT, I could view that page, weird.

Displays if you set language to ENG US.

many articles are missing in ENG UK, and other languages but all show for ENG US.

Some are displaying the message you mention, others can be displayed if you have the link but will not appear in a search.

searched for Star Seller article, any and all VAT articles. They just won't show.

@thatregina  Can I just add to this, that today, upon looking at the how to become a star seller article, it appears to load with the messages info auto loaded, and despite clicking on the others (orders & tracking, orders, sales, reviews) to get them to open, they won't. It appears to be broken as is the "arrow drop down" of the language settings at the bottom. tested in chrome and edge, win 10 desktop.     this is viewing in Eng US, as the ENG UK version is "not authorised to view".
