Adjustable Thumbnail

Does anyone else have issues with the adjustable thumbnail?

I adjust the thumbnail, save the edit and it does not apply.

IF it does, it takes 5 times to get it to stay the way I edit it.

Like NanaLetha said, I do the same. Edit before upload.

It usually comes out ok, every once in a while I will get perfect pics for a day or two.

But yesterday I noticed again it was chopping some of the top off.

And when I posted it on my FB link to my store its even more pronounced. Unless they click on the link they cant see the top half of my vintage 1950s Donald Duck in a Jet Friction Plane!

I noticed it too but as long as you adjust the thumbnail the way you want it to show, within 10 minutes I've found that it'll update on it's own

So annoying I just adjust it and leave it and later see that it's been fixed

In order to bypass this issue, I crop my main photo to a 1:1 square to highlight the portion I want as my thumbnail. Quite frustrating but once you integrate it into your workflow, all is well!! Have a great day!
