Adjust THUMBNAIL Grey Out?!

I've noticed this morning my thumbnail cannot be altered, is there a fix being done?

I found that out last night (madness as usual) but eventually found if I clicked on the actual first photo in the row it opened up a page to allow me to change the thumbnail. Simplicity is not a word etsy understands, somebody needed to look as though they were working making the site better and as usual just sent people off on a clicking fest.

I tried that and the thumbnail thing showed up but it didn't save it when I adjusted the thumbnail, still in the same place

I'm having the same issue!  The ring I'm trying to show is way off center, ugh.

I'm also having the same problem.
Can't adjust the thumbnail for love nor money.

I have found that you have to first crop it, even if it is a slight modification, then click Done and then Crop it again and center your item and save it.  It is the only way that I have found that it will save my updates and hold them... sometimes, I have to do this a couple of times.  But that is the only fix that I have.  Lots of Luck!

@RibbonsEdge after you do the work around, it won't show in your shop immediately (I thought it hadn't worked as well) I even went in and did it again, same result, so I did some other work in the shop then came back to the shop page several minutes later and it was correct, there's obviously a lag in the site implementing changes, I've noticed this before. Hope it works for you, but bottom line is that we shouldn't have to do work arounds, if there's an option to do something it should work.
