I’m facing a recurring issue with my GSTIN verification on Etsy. My GSTIN was previously verified and active, but it suddenly got marked as inactive in my account.
This has happened before, and after a few days, I was able to manually add my GST again. However, I need clarity on why this keeps happening and if there’s a permanent fix to avoid disruptions to my business.
I have already checked on the official GST portal, and my GST number is active and up to date. I also reached out to Etsy’s live chat support, and they assured me that the issue is being worked on.
Since this directly affects my ability to sell, I’d appreciate any insights from other sellers who have experienced this. Has anyone found a long-term solution? And is there any way to escalate this issue with Etsy’s tax compliance team?
